This feature lets admins to submit on behalf of other members on the same channel.

Submit on behalf of

Enabling this feature lets admins submit for members in their channel. You might want admins to be able to submit guest registration forms tied to a member's name, for example, or front desk staff to submit event signups for people in certain situations.

Once you enable it, in the admin view you'll see a dropdown where you can select a member and fill out the form under attached to their user.
