Staff are able to manage work orders from creation to completion within the Mobile App. In this article we will cover all aspects of managing the work order.
Step 1
Login to your app and select Work Orders.
Step 2
This is where you can see all work orders including Normal (submitted by end users), Emergency (submitted by the building) and PM (Preventive Maintenance tasks). Select the desired work order
Step 3
Within the Work Order is all of the information the end user entered. When ready to begin work, select Accept Work Order. Accepting a work order will send an in app notification as well as an email to the end user who created the work order, updating them on the current status.
Step 4
Once the Work Order has been completed select Complete Work Order to finish. This will send another status update via in app notification as well as an email to the end user.
