When a new user first logs in, they are asked to choose the company they work for in the property, if not already selected:
The company and building information is then added to their channels:
And displayed in their profile:
When the member submits an interaction, the associated Company information appears in the interaction details and in Insights reporting, which helps you identify where the member comes from and which company tenants generate the most engagement:
Users who did not select a Company when signing up can still select their Company Channel.
Go to the Buildings & Companies tab under the Profile icon.
Search for your company and select the channel to join it:
Go to the Profile tab and select Add a new workplace:
In the Company tab, search for your workplace. Select it from the list and confirm when asked.
