You can make payments or buy tickets right in the Activate app. We'll take a look at Activate's wallet and your payment options.
The Wallet
You can store payment information and make your purchases with the Wallet in Activate. It works with all major credit cards.
VTS partners with Stripe for the best security—your card details are securely stored and sent encrypted, and VTS never shares your info with anyone. To find the Wallet on mobile or desktop, hit the user profile icon, then choose Wallet.
Make a payment
Once you're set up, making payments is as easy as hitting a button. Whenever you buy something or book a reservation with a fee, just hit the Purchase button, then select your payment method.
You can check your transactions any time by going to the user profile and selecting Payments and activity on mobile or Transactions on the desktop app.
Add or edit cards
You can add or edit payment methods right in the Wallet. To add a card:
- Go the user profile.
- Select Wallet.
- Hit the Add a new card button and follow the instructions to enter your payment details.
View transactions
If you ever need to see a receipt, you can check your transaction in the user profile. On mobile, you'll find it under Payments and activity.
Click a transaction to see the details, get the QR code, or add it to your calendar. You can cancel your reservations here too by using the Cancel button at the bottom.
Some Channels might show your upcoming transactions right in your Member view so you can keep track of your bookings. Just remember that closed (like complete or rejected) and cancelled transactions won't automatically display, but you can always find a complete list in your user profile.
