What is VTS Activate?
VTS Activate is a tenant engagement platform for property managers, office workers and everyone in between. If you work in a building or for a company that uses VTS Activate, you can download and sign up for free and use the app for information about events, surveys, promotions, and stay up to date about maintenance, health & safety issues and more!
How do I join VTS Activate?
There are two ways to join VTS Activate:
- You may receive an email invitation to sign up and join a team on a specific channel, or,
- You can sign up and join as a Member of any public channel.
How do I access VTS Activate?
On mobile: Download the VTS Activate app for free on your mobile device:
Launch the app and select Get started:
On desktop: Go to the VTS Activate login page and select Sign Up to create an account:
How do I log in?
- Authentication: If your workplace uses Single Sign On (SSO), choose the appropriate authentication method, Google or Microsoft, otherwise select Continue with email.
- Credentials: Enter your full name, email address, and a password for your new Activate account.
- Company: Choose the company where you work:
If you can't find your company, or if you don't work for a company in the building, select "I can't find my company" and choose the building where you work instead.
- Building: Select the Building that you are in. You can still sign up for a VTS Activate account if you are active in a building but do not work for a company located in the building.
- Sign in: Once you have selected your building location you will be able to sign in via the mobile app or on a desktop browser by going to https://activate.vts.com
- Verify: Your email address will be verified when you accept an invitation. However you can add additional contact information to your account. If you do, remember to verify the information by clicking on the verification email or responding to the verification text.
- We do not send notifications to unverified emails or phone numbers.
How do I delete my account?
We get it, sometimes you need to move on and delete your account.
To delete your account:
- Login on the desktop browser,
- Go to the Profile tab,
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Your request will be sent to our team and will be deleted within 30 days.
What gets deleted?
- Any personally identifying information such as your name, email address, and contact information is removed.
- Any metrics will identify you as Deleted User in Insights and Reports.
