What are Notifications?
Notifications keep you informed on everything happening in your workplace!
If Notifications are not working for you, here are a few troubleshooting tips:
- Channel Settings: On the desktop view, select the gear icon next to the Profile icon. Channel Settings allow you to configure notification settings for each of your subscribed channels. Ensure that your notification methods of choice are activated by selecting the appropriate checkboxes.
- On Device Notifications: Ensure you have allowed notifications access to your workplace app. You can enable this in the Notification Settings of your mobile device.
- Email Verification: Verifying your email is vital to receiving notifications. Without a verified email, you will not be able to receive any communications from your workplace.
- Delete & Reinstall: A great way to troubleshoot most issues is by downloading a fresh copy of your workplace app to your device.
