The Reservations dashboard collects details about the usage of all your amenities. Whenever the Reservable interactive feature's used, this view aggregates data in those interactions. We'll break down each part of the dash in this guide.
The Reservations dashboard
Any time you add the Reservable feature to your content, Activate collects information on those interactions and displays them here in the dashboard. You can check out how often an item's being used, see which groups use it the most, and even get a quick view of upcoming reservations.

Top Channels by bookings
If you have more than one channel, the Top Channels by Bookings chart compares the total number of reservations by channel. It's the best way to see which parts of your portfolio are seeing the most amenity usage.
Top bookings
Top companies by bookings shows where members are coming from when they book reservations. Larger tenants with lots of members will likely be booking more reservations, but if a smaller company consistently has a relatively high number of bookings, it could be an indication they need more space than they currently have.
Reservations by month shows the total number of reservations over the year.
Here we see demand peaks in March and June
Bookings by team shows which teams members are using the reservation. If you have members sorted into teams by floor, location, or interests, this visualization can tell you which group is most interested in booking amenities.
Top Reservables by bookings ranks the amenities which are booked the most often.
Top Reservables by booking length sorts the amenities by those that are booked the longest.
In combination, these visualizations reveal which amenities are the most popular and could possibly benefit from expansion—or which might need some more attention or promotion.
The booking calendar
The Booking Calendar shows a heat map view of when amenities are most in demand. Changing the date range at the top of the dashboard to a later date will show future bookings, and highlight recurring bookings as they appear in the calendar.

Hourly Heatmap
The Hourly Heatmap lists out the hours, using the 24 hour clock, that are most booked at the property.
