Why verify your phone number?

Keeping your contact details up to date in your Profile is helpful because:

• It allows us to contact you regarding purchases, registrations, promotions and other interactions that you signed up for.
  
  
• It allows you to control how you receive notifications from subscribed channels.

Where can I manage my Notification settings?

On desktop, you can manage your notification settings by selecting the Settings (gears) icon next to the Profile icon:

Select the checkboxes next to the notification methods per channel.

Adding a phone number

On mobile

1. Go to the Profile tab within the bottom right corner of the app.
2. Select Personal Information
3. Scroll down and select Add a new phone number
4. Select Submit to save the changes.

You will be asked to verify your phone number via text message.

Enter the code sent to your phone number:

On a desktop browser

1. Select the Profile icon at the top right of the desktop view.
2. Enter or update your phone number.
3. Select Save.
4. You will be asked to verify your phone number via a text message.

VTS will never share your contact information with anyone outside the Activate platform.
