Why add a Profile picture?
Adding a profile picture to your account is a great way for your team members to recognize you, especially if you are in a customer-facing role in your workplace.
You can update your profile picture with these simple steps.
On Mobile
- Go to the Profile tab in the bottom right corner of the app.
- Select Personal Information, then select the pencil icon at the top right to edit your profile.
- Select the icon with your initials. It may be a round icon with your initials.
- The My Media page will open displaying pictures in your Media Center.
- Select the green upload icon to choose an image from your mobile device.
- Apply Image: Once you've selected an image from your photo library, tap on it to apply to your account.
