The user activity report's great for gauging how your members are engaging with the channel. We'll break down each part of the dashboard in this guide.
Activity summary
This shows the number of active members over the last 28 and 7 days, so you can see how many members are logging in on a weekly and monthly basis.
Channel capacity
This dash shows the number of active members compared to the number of subscribed members. A higher number means a high level of engagement by. A lower number means people who subscribed initially haven't logged in for at least a month. If you notice discrepancies over time, it's a good indicator to dig in.
Active members
Here's a chart of the number of active members over time. Regular dips in the daily count usually indicate weekends, which are smoothed out when viewed over weekly and monthly periods.
New members
This bar chart collects the number of new members over time. A new property or channel may have an initial bump due to launch activities, followed by dips and peaks depending on the weekday or holidays.
Subscribed members
Track the difference between your total subscribed users and archived users over time.
Activity by day of week
The average daily Active Members count by day of the week. Weekends have a lower count, like you'd expect.
