The User Search report shows all the users in the channel. The results can be filtered based on company name, team, user name, email or even users who have the same email domain (like @vts.com).
Sort the results by clicking on the titles of each column.
This report's useful for finding the details about individual users or identifying users who don't have a company added to their profile.
Individual user engagement
If you want to check up on the usage of a particular member, head to the Team Management tab in Channel settings.
- Go to Channel Settings > Team Management.
- Click Workplace Members—or the relevant team you need.
- Search or click on the user you want to see.
- Go to the Analytics panel.
Like any dashboard, you can filter by time and channel to get the information you need.
