The User Search shows all the users in the channel. The results can be filtered based on company name, team, user name, email or even users who have the same email domain (like @vts.com).
Note: All data, insights, and reports populate based on the time zone where the property is located. |
Sort the results by clicking on the titles of each column.
This report's useful for finding the details about individual users or identifying users who don't have a company added to their profile.
Individual user engagement
If you want to check up on the usage of a particular member, head to the Users tab in User Management.
- Go to User Management > Users
- Search or click on the user you want to see.
- Go to the Analytics panel.
You can also view User analytics by navigating to the Teams tab, then to the Team you are looking for, and then to the User. Again, navigate to Analytics.
Like any dashboard, you can filter by time and channel to get the information you need.
