We've all been there. We'll show you how to get back into your account, if you're having trouble, or change your password when you need to.
Forgot password
If you forgot your password head to the login page and select the Forgot Password button. Enter the email address associated with your account and select Reset.
VTS will send an email to the address registered for your workplace account—just follow the instructions to set up a new password.
Note: If an account is not verified, the portal may not send password reset emails. The property team can contact the VTS support team in that case to help with password reset. |
Change password
If you want to change your current password, go to the Profile tab and click Account Settings. The Reset Password button lets you create a new password for your account. Be sure to check your trash or spam folder if you can't find the email from VTS.
