Forgot your password or can't get into your account? Not to worry, these simple steps should help you get back into your Workplace!
- If you have forgotten your password, on the login page, select the Forgot Password button.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and select Reset.
- An email will be sent to the address registered for your workplace account. Follow the instructions to choose a new password.
- If you would like to change your current password, you can do so by going to the Profile tab and selecting Account Settings. The Reset Password button allows you to create a new password for your account. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder should you not receive the email.
We recommend using a Password Manager that can suggest strong passwords and store them securely on your browser, desktop or mobile device so you don't have to remember them.
