What is Include Company?

The Include Company feature includes information about the member’s property and company channel membership when they submit interactive content. You can also specify the permissions that a user needs to have on that Company channel to view and interact with the content.

Restrictions

The Include Company feature can be used to restrict the the content item to specific categories or to users who have specific permissions.

  • Restrict access by Content category: This option only allows members who have permissions to interact with the Content Category set in the Info Card.

  • Restrict access by specific permissions: This option checks the Team permissions of the member and only allows submission if their team has the specific permission required set here.

Example: For a locker rental page, you can restrict access to the lockers to only members of a specific group instead of an entire building.

Include Company is compatible with all interactive features.

We recommend turning this feature on for all interactive content.
