What are Tags?

Tags are labels that can be added to content that allow you to identify what the content is about.

Tags are similar to Content Categories, however you can assign more than one Tag to a content item.

Adding Tags

Tags are managed in the Info step under the Searching and Filtering area.

Note: This area only appears after saving and publishing the content item. It does not appear when first creating the content.

Reporting on Tags

By tagging your content, you will be able to review the most popular types through Insights & Reports Content Analytics dashboard in order to get a better understanding of what content engages your users the most.
