What are Notifications?
Notifications are messages sent to members based on the date and time set when creating a content item.
Notifications alert members to log in to the app and stay updated on everything important going on within your workplace.
Configuring Notifications
Notifications are set when creating Notices or Posts in the Publish step.
By default, the date and time of the new Notification matches the Goes live at settings.
Notification methods
- Email: Receive the latest communications straight to your inbox. From content, building notices, user interactions, and other platform notifications.
- Push: You can receive in-app push notifications on your mobile device through the app. (iOS + Android)
- SMS: Receive notifications via a simple text message. International rates may apply.
