The Mobile Key feature allows your occupants to hold their key card credentials in the app and allows them to use their smart device at the reader to enter the building or any spaces their key card would grant them entry. In this article you will learn how to reset your mobile credentials using the VTS Rise app.
Select your profile icon in the top right corner of the Home Screen.
Select Support under your profile.
Select Reset Mobile Access Credentials.
Select Reset to create a new mobile credential for your device.
