This report is intended to help you drill down into your tenant's satisfaction with your Activate app, as well as event and office offerings. We'll break down each part of the dashboard in this guide.
Using the Tenant Sentiment Dashboard.
To view the analytics of the survey results, navigate to the Insights & Reports section, then to Tenant Sentiment. Here you will find a dashboard of KPIs and visualizations displaying the results of your Tenant Sentiment Survey.
To begin, note that you can filter by;
- Response date: Choose from a select of pre-set ranges, or choose custom dates
- Property Name
- Tenant Name
When you have selected your filters, click the Run button to apply them.
Overall Metrics
To start with, the dashboard displays an overall response count, as well as overall satisfaction. You can also see how these metrics have changed over time.
