Analyze visitor patterns and export reports instantly or on a set schedule to simplify reporting. An array of filtering options can help you answer big questions like ‘which tenants have the highest visitor volumes?’ or ‘how many visitors were there during the holiday season last year?’.

Using the Visitor Management Dashboard 

The visitor management dashboard displays information about your visitors, which can be filtered by Host Tenant Name and Access Grant Building Name. Click the Run button to apply the filters. 

Once you've set your filters and run the report, you will see a breakdown of:

• Count of visitors today
• Count of visitors in the next 7 days
• Count of visitors this month (showing percentage increase/decrease from the previous month)
• Count of passes created in the last 30 days

In this section, we will take a look at each of the data visualizations on the Visitor Management Dashboard. 

Visitors By Day

View which days of the week are the most popular for visitors. 

Visitors per Year 

View how many visitors you've had this year to date and how many visitors you've had year over year. 

Visits by Hour 

View which hours of the day are the most popular for visitors. 

Unique Visitors per Tenant

View the total number of unique visitors and the percentage breakdown across the building. 

Visits by Month (This year) and Visits by Month (Last Year)

View the total number of visits over this current year, and how that compares to the previous year.
