All users are auto-assigned a primary location based on the property they join. Admins can then change a user's primary channel based on the user's property channels.
Note that a Primary Channel can only be a property channel.
To view a User's primary location, navigate to User Management, then Users. Select the User you want to view by clicking on their name.
The user's primary location will be located under their QR code, above their Teams, Activity, Analytics, and Building Access. Select from the dropdown menu to change primary location.
