Switching to Admin View
To view your Service Requests and Preventive Maintenance tasks, you must be in the Admin view on the app. Navigate to your Profile then select Switch workplace. You will be able to see all of the workplaces you are a member of. Select the Admin button of the channel you wish to view.
Navigating to Work orders
Once in Admin View, you will have a Work Orders Tab at the bottom of your device.
Note: Your options may look different than the screenshot below.
Service Requests
After a service request has been submitted, you have access to it under Service requests. Use the search to locate a specific request or filters to find requests that meet your specifications.
Using the Filter icon on the upper corner allows you to filter by Tenant, Status, Category, Issue, Location, Equipment, Billable, Assignee, Team, and Submission date. After making your selections, tap on Apply.
Clicking into a request opens up options. Change the status, Assign a team and individual assignee, view details of the information submitted and input by the requester, add attachments of PNG, JPG, GIF, or PDF files, connect the request to a piece of equipment, and add any relevant notes.
Preventive Maintenance
Upcoming Preventive Maintenance tasks are all in one place. Use the Search to find a specific task or Filters to find tasks meeting your specifications.
Using the Filter icon on the upper corner allows you to filter by Equipment, Schedule, Status, Assigned to, Team, Location, Due date, and Completed date. After making your selections, tap on Apply.
When opening a Task, you can change the status to In Progress, On hold, Withdrawn, or Completed. You will see if the task has an Assigned Team and/or Assignee. If nothing is selected, tap on the field to assign.
Details show the pre-submitted information about the task, the Schedule, and any Notes.
Attachments allow you to upload, PNG, JPG, GIF, or PDF files to the task.
Steps were previously outlined during the creation of the task. You will follow these steps when completing your work. If there are interactive steps, you can engage with them directly from your mobile device.
If you have meter readings to input, you can do that directly from the Task page. It will even tell you the previous meter reading.
Notes and hours allow you to add the time you spent on the task and any additional context relevant to the task.
