Invoices track one-off or monthly charges issued to a tenant. It is user-facing so your Members have insight into their charges. Invoices can be one or multiple charges for the month.
Viewing Invoices
To find your Invoices, navigate to Billings & Payments > Invoices on the Admin Portal. Use the filter options at the top to curate your list of Invoices. The table shows Invoice Status, ID, Customer, Amount, Issue Date, and Due Date. Actions allow you to View Invoice or Mark as Paid.

Members can view and pay for Invoices by going to their Profile > Billing & Payments > Invoices.
Members also receive invoice update emails. When a new invoice is issued, when it is due, and when it is paid.
