The Work Orders report provides insight into Service Requests made at the property. This report displays a variety of data including Work Orders created year to date, a comparison of created versus completed Work Orders, average hours to complete Work Orders, and more. Use this report to get deeper insight into how Work Orders are being used at the property and to help recommend strategies around the Work Order feature.

Filters
The filter options at the top of the report allow you to determine the Channel, Company, Date Range, and Work Order Type (Service Requests or Maintenance).
Work Orders Created and Completed
There are three tiles on the report displaying Work Orders created and completed, and average hours to complete. (These numbers will change depending on the date filters selected, but will default to Year to Date.)
Work Orders over Time
This graph displays both your completed and created Work Orders over your set date range. Created is in blue and Completed is purple. This is a great graph to get an idea of Work Orders coming in versus Work Orders being closed.
Tenant Work Orders
These tiles outline your tenants, the count of created and completed Work Orders. Use this to get actionable data on how Work Orders are being used by tenants.
Service Request by Tenant
This table shows the total number of service requests made by each Tenant, and the total number of service requests that have been closed/completed.
Service Request by Assignee
This table shows which how many total service requests have been assigned to which staff members, and how many requests they've closed/completed.
Tasks
For all those recurring activities that keep your property healthy and humming, use preventive maintenance to schedule your work and keep you on task. There's a special part of the Work Orders Dashboard just for maintenance Tasks.
Preventative maintenance is broken into tasks and schedules. Tasks are automatically generated from your schedules—these are the action items you need to do regularly, according to the schedule.
There are three tiles that display; Total Tasks, Tasks Closed/Completed, and Average hours to complete.
Hours to Complete over Time
This graph shows hours to complete based on the week the Work Order was created.
Most Common Equipment Serviced
This graph outlines your Equipment and the number of times it has been serviced during your set date range.
Most Common Work Order Assignee
This table displays who is being assigned Work Orders, how many they are assigned, how many they've completed, as well as the average hours it took them to complete.
