The Work Orders report provides insight into Service Requests made at the property. This report displays a variety of data including Work Orders created year to date, a comparison of created versus completed Work Orders, average hours to complete Work Orders, and more. Use this report to get deeper insight into how Work Orders are being used at the property and to help recommend strategies around the Work Order feature.

The Work Order Insights report is found under Insights & Reports in the Admin Portal. The following permissions must be enabled to view this report.
- This user can see analytics about this channel, including the dashboard.
- This user can see insights and reports about this channel.
- This user can see insights and reports about work orders in this channel.
Filters
The filter options at the top of the report allow you to determine the Channel, Company, Date Range, and Work Order Type (Service Requests or Maintenance).
Work Orders Created and Completed
There are four tiles on the report displaying Work Orders created and completed, both year to date and in your set date range.
Work Orders over Time
This graph displays both your completed and created Work Orders over your set date range. Created is in blue and Completed is purple. This is a great graph to get an idea of Work Orders coming in versus Work Orders being closed.
Tenant Work Orders
This tile outlines your tenants, the count of created Work Orders, completed Work Orders, and the average hours to complete. Get actionable data on how Work Orders are being used by tenants.
Average Hours to Complete
This number takes the average Hours to complete a Work Order based on the specified date range.
Completion time is the time from Work Order creation to the time it is marked as Completed.
Hours to Complete over Time
This graph shows hours to complete based on the week the Work Order was created.
Most Common Equipment Serviced
This graph outlines your Equipment and the number of times it has been serviced during your set date range.
Most Common Work Order Assignee
This table displays who is being assigned Work Orders, how many they are assigned, how many they've completed, as well as the average hours it took them to complete.
