Subscriptions allow you to create recurring charges on your platform. From reserved parking to gym memberships, use Subscriptions any time you need to charge Members at a set frequency.
Viewing Subscriptions
Subscriptions have their own section under Billings & Payments. Here you have visibility into all of your Channel's Subscriptions.
To view an individual Subscription, select Actions and View subscription. This view displays all of the details surrounding the subscription and gives you the ability to cancel subscription in the upper corner.
Creating Subscriptions
Select Create subscription in the upper corner to start the process. Select the Customer by typing their name and selecting from the drop-down. Enter a Subscription name and optional description.
Subscriptions can be set on a Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly basis. The Start date impacts subsequent dates for the Subscription. Set when the Subscription ends, never, after a certain date, or a specified amount of occurrences.
When it comes to payment, there is flexibility in determining when Payment is due— either a specified time after the invoice is issued or immediately. You even have the option to allow customers to self-cancel their subscription.
The last step in creating a Subscription is to add products and services. Here you determine if the Subscription is for an existing item or if a custom item needs to be created. Custom Item allows you to create a one-off product or service that isn't already in the catalog.
Canceling Subscriptions
As an admin, you have the ability to cancel Subscriptions. Simply select the Actions dropdown next to the subscription and select Cancel subscription. A pop-up appears asking you to confirm the cancelation and lists the next charge date.
