Lease: a few metrics and Deals updates

We’ve made some changes to a few metrics across the Lease platform—they’re especially helpful if you track retail sales in VTS. Here’s a quick summary:

• Retails sales data’s now calculated on the most recent 12-month period, with flexible calculations to help you estimate gaps in your information.
• The discount rate metric now displays on Proposal comparisons on Deals
• Track requirements by price/rent or even by the amount of desks
• Use the new Approval rule, Total Capital Variance Above Budget

Market: the rich text editor

Use our new rich text editor to add stylized text and links to your Listing descriptions, Building descriptions, and Tourbook descriptions. 

Activate: audiences

Create and manage audiences to target your content to people in your channel in just a few clicks. Check it out in the Content menu of the admin view.

Activate: document library

If you use PDFs on content a lot in your channel, store them in the new document library for easy upload to new Pages and Posts. You can find it in Content > Library to try it out for yourself.

Activate: dashboard refresh

You might have noticed a new look to the dashboard—your reports are now cleaner and fresher than ever with real-time updates powered by Looker.
