Audiences allow you to easily target groups of people at a property with a commonality. From global locations, to floors, to tenants with additional building amenities, and more. With Audiences, target content to those who truly need to see it, in less steps.
Creating an Audience
To get started, select Audiences under Content in the admin portal.
Once in Audiences, select + New audience in the upper corner to begin the process.
The checkbox next to Add "your Channel name" adds all members of your Channel to the audience, regardless of their team. If you are looking for a more targeted approach, Sub Channels, Tenants, Teams, and additional Channels can be added to an Audience.
The Audience can now be used when targeting content on your Channel.
Note: Individual Members can't be added to an audience. If you wish to target individual users, create a Team for them. Audiences are used to create groups of Teams.
Viewing Audience Details
Clicking into an Audience allows you to view the Impact Summary, of which groups are included in the Audience, and the Audience's Reach. Selecting Content at the top of the page shows you content that has been targeted to that specific Audience.
Deleting an Audience
Audiences can only be deleted if there isn’t an active piece of content targeted towards the Audience. If the Delete audience button is grayed out, be sure to make the targeted content Inactive or remove the Audience from the content.
