Lease: Approvals checkpoint settings

For more flexible approval checkpoints, now you can choose at which stage the checkpoint appears, and checkpoints will only be applied to Deals that match the exact settings you chose for Approvals. Reach out to the account admin at your organization if you need some more information.

Lease: Proposal updates

Add growth rates for other income on your Proposals, just like expense growth rates. You can have up to 7 terms on a Proposal now, too.

Lease: read-only Budgets cleanup

For users that only have read-only permissions on Budgets or Appraisals, we’ve cleaned up the experience and provided some context in the platform to cut back confusion.

Market: the marketing digest email

Get all the latest and greatest marketing analytics in your inbox every Friday. Anyone with at least one Asset on VTS Market will automatically get a readout of companies viewing your listings, top performing spaces, channel engagement, and even tenant insights thanks to VTS’ Tenant Network Services. Make sure you have notifications enabled—check your user profile to change your settings.
