Lease: commission payout month
When you add commissions to your Proposals, you can use payout month to change when the commission will be modeled in the cashflow—create or edit a Proposal to check it out.
Lease: new permissions tools
Use the new paste in bulk and clone access tools in the Account Admin menu to import a lot of users at once or copy a user’s permissions to a whole group. They’re great tools for acquisitions or other situations when you have to add or edit users in bulk.
Activate: content scheduler
Use the event toggle in the Info step when you’re making Posts to turn anything into an event. Here you can schedule the timing of your event, then edit the publication timing of the Post later in the Publish step if you want to run the content earlier to promote the event.
Activate: signup updates
The login flow is a little different now—everyone’s asked to enter their email first, then they’ll be prompted to use the correct SSO or login flows unique to that user. The invitation emails are new too, to give a much clearer experience for people that don’t have the app on their mobile devices yet.
Activate: active user definitions
For better engagement metrics, active users are now defined as anyone that’s logged in in the last 24 months. If someone hasn’t signed in, they’ll get an email asking them to preserve their account—otherwise it’ll be removed. You might notice a change in your numbers in the next few weeks.
Activate: navigation bar changes
Things have moved a little in the navigation bar. Most importantly, Billing & Payments has its own tab, and Sections are now found under the Content tab. As we roll out new features, you’ll always be able to find them here in the navigation bar.
Activate: communications updates
It’s easier to opt-in to marketing emails whenever a member joins the app—and easier to unsubscribe, too.
Rise: date filters in visitor logs
Use a calendar to select a date range and filter your visitor logs to a specific timeframe. Just click Start and End Date at the top of the table.
Rise: new filters for work orders
Staff and residents can now filter their work orders by category or problem to isolate and resolve issues even faster.
