Work Order Auto-Generated Emails
Work Order Emails are autogenerated for Residents when they create Work Orders in the VTS Activate for Multifamily app or Portal. These emails alert Residents of status changes to their submitted requests.
Email 1: Work Order Approved
After submitting the Work Order for approval, the Resident will see the first of 3 auto-generated emails when the property has approved their Work Order. Depending on your property's configuration, this can happen automatically or after the PM / Work Order Manager accepts the Work Order.
Email 2: Work Order Started
Once the Work Order has been approved, Maintenance team members and building engineers can begin work on it. When they are inside their app or Portal, and Accept the Work Order to start working on it, the Resident will receive the email shown below to let them know it's been started.
Email 3: Work Order Completed
Once Maintenance or the Building's Property Management team has completed the work order they will update Activate Multifamily. VTS will automatically email the Resident that their Work Order has been completed. Take a look below for what that automatic email looks like.
