Managing the Daily Activity Report (DAR)
Daily Activity Report, DAR, is a fantastic tool to track incident reports or log normal activities throughout the day.

Create an Activity Log
From the Staff Portal
Step 1
Upon logging into the Staff Portal, select Activity Logbook or Activity Manager from the left navigation menu.
Step 2
Select Add Activity from the top corner.
Step 3
Select the type of activity you would like to log and fill in the applicable information and select "Submit" at the bottom of the activity.
- Normal: This would be anything from shift change notes, rounds taken by the security team, or a note you would leave on someone's desk.
- Incident: This report is related to something more serious that happened at the property that needs to be documented.

From the Staff App
Step 1
Upon logging into the staff app, select Activity Logbook or Activity Manager from the home screen menu.
Step 2
Select Add New Entry at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3
Select the type of activity you would like to log and fill in the applicable information. Then select Submit at the top of the activity.

Commenting on an Activity
From the Staff Portal
Both normal and incident reports allow others to comment on the report as well.
Step 1
Select Activity Logbook or Activity Manager from the navigation menu.
Step 2
Select the activity you would like to comment on. Add your comment and/or attach a document/image and select the arrow to the right to post your comment.
From the Staff App
Both Normal and Incident Reports allow others to comment on the report.
Step 1
Select Activity Logbook or Activity Manager from the home screen menu.
Step 2
Select the Activity you would like to comment on. Enter under Write a Comment at the bottom and add your comment and/or attach an image. Select the arrow to the right to post your comment.
