From the App
Viewing and RSVPing for Events
Step 1
Upon logging into the app, select Events. You can access Events through the quick action buttons on the home screen.
Note: You can also access events by selecting the Network section.
Step 2
Select the event you would like to view or RSVP for.
Step 3
RSVP, comment, and view event details. If this is a repeating event, you are able to select the date(s) you would like to RSVP.
Step 4
You can add an event to your personal calendar by selecting the calendar icon in the top corner.
Step 5
To add the event to your device's default calendar, select Add. To add the event to a different calendar, select Calendar and then choose the Calendar you wish to save the event and then select Add.
Creating your own Event
If your property has enabled Occupants to create events through the platform you will be able to create and host your own events at the property.
Step 1
Upon logging into the app, select Events. You can access Events through the quick action buttons on the home screen.
Note: You can also access events by selecting the Network section.
Step 2
Select + from the top of the screen.
Step 3
Enter your event details and select Done.
Note: You can make your event private to only specific occupants on the property by selecting: Specific Occupants located under Make this post visible to: and then selecting the occupants you wish to invite to your event.
From the Occupant Portal
Viewing and RSVPing for Events
Step 1
Upon logging into the occupant portal, select Events, located on the side menu under Community.
Step 2
Select the event you would like to view or RSVP for.
Step 3
RSVP, comment, and view event details. If this event is a repeating event, you are able to select the date(s) you would like to RSVP.
Step 4
Once you have RSVP’d you can view all events you are attending by selecting I'm attending in the filter section to the right of the screen.
