How to Pick up Packages in a Rise Receive Room

Staff members will be scanning your packages into the VTS Rise platform and placing them in your dedicated package receiving room. In this article you will learn, how to pick up packages using Rise Reserve.

Occupants will receive a notification of a package being scanned in via email, and a push notification when logged into the app. If the property is utilizing beacons, residents can get a geo-notification when they are on the property.

Occupants can locate their QR code on their personal app by selecting My QR Code quick action button from the home screen, or in the settings of their app Staff members will be scanning packages into the Rise platform and placing them in your dedicated package receiving room.

Step 1

Scan your Personal QR Code at the Rise Receive tablet.

Step 2

Select the packages you wish to pick up.

Step 3

Select Pick Up to unlock the door and collect your packages.
