Rise Reserve for Occupants
Rise Reserve is our external booking site and can be used to make reservations across properties. In this article, you will learn how to reserve amenities using Rise Reserve.
How to make a Reservation using Rise Reserve
Access Rise Reserve either through your property's app or in the Rise Reserve Portal.
|If you do not have an account with VTS Rise, you will need to register. You can create an account by selecting Register in the upper right corner and completing the signup process.|
Select View Amenities under the Property you wish to make a reservation at. Then select the Amenity you are booking.
Select either Single Day Booking or Multi Day Booking. Then select the date and time you are making your reservation for.
Complete the information relevant to your reservation.
- Referred By: If someone referred you to this property for booking, include their name here. (Optional)
- Expected Number of Guests: Include the expected number of people joining you in this Reservation. (Optional)
- Event Description / Additional Notes: Include any information the Property Team should know about this Reservation (Optional)
- I am a tenant of this property: If you are a tenant of the property and do not already have an account with VTS Rise for this property, select the check box. This will allow the Property Admin to review your information and register you for an account on their property's portal.
Confirm the information about the Reservation and agree to the Terms & Conditions and select Submit.
A pop-up will appear with your reservation reference number as well as an email will be sent.
