Rise Booking for Occupants

Rise Booking is a solution in which tablets are installed outside of an amenity space allowing occupants to book the amenity right on the spot. Through Rise Booking, an occupant has the ability to make a reservation for that amenity space on the spot, and they can also quickly see if the space is available or in use.

How to Reserve an Amenity Using Rise Booking

Step 1

All Rise Booking Tablets will be located outside of their respective amenity. Users can Quick Book, view Next Available, or Reserve for Later.

Step 2

When selecting Reserve for Later, you can view available times and change the increment of time for the reservation. 

Step 3

Select the Day and Start Time of the reservation. The Start and End time of the reservation is reflected at the bottom of the screen based on the selected increment.  

Step 4 (If Applicable)

If the property has configured the amenity for add-ons and booking custom questions, they will appear for you to complete.

Step 5

Scan your QR code from the app to make the reservation and confirm the booking.
