Entering a Locked Amenity Space at your Reservation Time

At your property, amenity spaces remain locked unless you have reserved the space in advance. Through your property's app, you are able to unlock the amenity space during your reservation time. In this article, you will learn how to use your property's app to enter a locked amenity space during a reservation time.

Step 1

In your property's app, select Reservations (or View Amenities). This can be found in the quick action buttons on your landing page as well as in the features section from the bottom right corner. 

Step 2

Select My Calendar from the top of the Amenity Screen. This will take you to your booked reservation page. Select the appropriate confirmed reservation.

Step 3

After selecting the reservation you will see an unlock function in the center of the screen. During your designated reservation time, this will open and allow you to swipe to unlock the amenity door.
