As a Tenant Admin, you have some increased capabilities when it comes to managing your Visitor Messaging.

Managing Visitor Messaging
As a Tenant Admin, you are able to set a welcome message to be displayed on the Kiosk when visitors check-in, a personalized visitor pass message, as well as upload a PDF that will be attached to visitor emails automatically.
Step 1
Log into the VTS Rise Portal. Select Manage My Employees in the left side menu, selecting Manage Tenant Details in the drop-down.
Step 2
This page will allow you to update your Kiosk Visitor Welcome Message, Visitor Pass Message, and Upload a PDF to send with visitor emails automatically. Enter the messaging you wish to convey and select Submit.
- Kiosk Visitor Welcome Message: This is the message that will display on the kiosk after a visitor checks in at the property.
- Visitor Pass Message: You can apply personalized messaging to visitor passes sent from your tenant space.
- Upload a PDF to send with visitor emails automatically: This will allow you to attach a PDF with parking instructions or any other additional information visitors may need upon visiting the property.
Note: There is a 750-character limit for both theKiosk Visitor Welcome Message and Visitor Pass Message. |
