Forgotten I.D. Badge

If you ever forget your work I.D. badge, don't worry, you can scan your State ID at the Visitor Kiosk at your building's entrance to gain access for the day. In this article, we will show you how to do that in 4 easy steps. 

Step 1

Approach the visitor kiosk and select Forgotten Badge.

Step 2

Confirm the directions on the screen by selecting Next.

Step 3

Place the barcode on the back of your State ID BEHIND the visitor kiosk. The kiosk will read your name from the bar code and look for a matching account.

Step 4

Confirm your profile by tapping your name. Your badge will print and can be used to enter the building for the remainder of the day. There is no need to re-print your temporary badge if you leave and re-enter throughout the day.
