Quick Start Guide for VTS Rise App
With VTS Rise, you are able to stay up to date and informed on what is happening at your property, submit work orders, make reservations, and more! In this article, you will learn:

Profile
Step 1
Select your profile icon in the upper right corner.
Step 2
Here you are able to see your order history, manage payment methods, view settings, contact support, and sign out of the app.
Step 3
To edit your Profile, select Edit Profile in the upper right corner.
Step 4
Here you are able to change your profile picture for the app, as well as update contact information. Ensure you have accurate contact information for any management updates.
Quick Action Buttons
Quick Action Buttons give you fast access to the features of your property and are located right on the homepage of your app. Select the button of the feature you are looking to use and it will connect you.
View Recent Management Updates
Community
Under Community in the lower navigation, you are able to view and create Newsfeed posts, view and post Marketplace goods for sale, and see Events for your property.

Perks
Perks are a great way to save some money just for being a part of the platform! We have both national and local partners offering discounts for you to use!

To view Perks, select Perks in the lower navigation.

Browse the different offerings and start saving today!
Discover Links
Discover Links can be found in two places in the app, the homepage and also under Discover. This is a great place to view any additional information your property wants to share with you, from building resources to things to do in your area!
Features
Features is a great place to start if you aren't exactly sure where to find a feature you are looking for. All features available at your property will be listed here.
