Viewing User Presence Reports with Beacons
Before viewing the User Presence Reports, ensure that you are logging User Presence using Automation Groups. Check out this article on using Beacons for logging User Presence. |
Step 1
In the Admin Portal, select Advanced from the side menu and select User Presence Entries.
Step 2
Create your report.
- Select filters you would like enabled for your report: Duration, Beacon, Resident Types, and Staff Roles.
Step 3
Select Submit to run the report.
Note: the default view of the report generates as a list. You can choose to view the report as a Trend Chart or Heat Map by selecting the desired view from the upper corner. |
Step 4
Select Download as CSV. Report will begin downloading to your computer.
