Visitor and Access Reports
VTS Rise stores all visitor and access information automatically within the Admin Portal. To access this information we start by logging into the portal at https://portal.risebuildings.com
Inside Access, Visitors, we land on the Authorized Visitors page. Here we are able to see ALL Visitor Passes that have been created and who they are for. This includes their name, contact information, the tenant giving access, and the occupant within the tenant that created the pass.
Next to Authorized Visitors we see Visitor Logs. When a visitor pass is scanned at Access Hardware or Checked-In by a Staff Member, a Service Number is created and the Visitor is marked in the Visitor Logs. Now you as the Property Manager have access to each individual service number and can see all the information including who the visitor was, who invited them, and what staff or hardware was interacted with to grant initial access.
Underneath Visitors in the Navigation Menu is Access Logs. Access Logs is Rise's more granular report to document each and every time a user interacts with Access Hardware. This includes both visitors and occupants.
