Rent will still be made through Rent Cafe (QAB), but you can track charges on both Yardi and Activate Multifamily.
How long before move-in does Activate Multifamily add a user into the platform?
This is configurable in property settings to the property's request, but by default we set it as 30 days.
How long after the move-out date will the user profile be deleted from Activate Multifamily, if deleted in Yardi?
At midnight during the sync this user will be deleted from Activate Multifamily.
There is a resident in Yardi labeled as Future Resident, why aren't they showing in Activate Multifamily?
They need to have the move in date populated in settings in their Yardi profile.
Work Order Syncing
What does Activate Multifamily sync from Yardi for work orders?
Activate Multifamily imports work order categories and problems from Yardi.
When does Activate Multifamily sync work orders from Yardi?
Activate Multifamily is continuously updating work orders from Yardi.
For Yardi Work orders, can Activate Multifamily assign more than one charge code to a work order?
Only one charge code can be assigned per category.
Do work order Closing Notes from Activate Multifamily sync to Yardi and vice versa?
No, Closing Notes added in Activate Multifamily will not sync over to Yardi and Closing Notes added in Yardi will not sync to Activate Multifamily.
