App Settings

On the Admin Portal, you are able to configure some of the features of the platform through App Settings. In this article, you will learn how to: 

• Edit your Property's App Header
• Add Logos and Images to Platform
• Include Weather in Property App

To get started, navigate to Settings then App Settings in the Admin Portal.

App Header

Under the Home Screen section, you can update the App Header. Your app header can be Text, Property Logo, Rise Buildings Log, or Blank.

Media 

Under Media, the Sign in background, Hero Image, Property Logo, Rise Updates Default Image, as well as News Feed Post Default Image can all be updated.

Setting Weather for App

To set up a weather widget in your property's app, include the city or zip code of your property. The weather will pull from these settings. If the name of your city exists in another country, include your country's initials after the name. For example: London, CA and London, GB. Units can be made Imperial or Metric.
