Automation Alerts can be set up to alert your residents or staff upon passing Beacons. The alerts can be for packages or even to alert staff of entrances to the property. The Automation Alerts will be sent as push notifications in the platform.
|Note: Bluetooth must be turned on for the end-user in order for Automation Alerts to be sent.|
In the admin portal, select Advanced from the left-hand navigation and select Automation Alerts.
Select Add Alert in the upper corner. Select Submit when complete.
Fill out the required fields.
The following variables can be used to make the alert message more customized.
