Reservation Management for Residential Staff
Booking an Amenity on behalf of a Resident
After logging in to the Staff Portal navigate to Reservations.
On this screen, select New Reservation to create a reservation.
Select Book on the bottom right side of the screen.
Next enter all of the resident's information here including the unit, what kind of booking it will be (Single-day or Multi-day), the date of the reservation, start and end time, and any information for the staff.
Confirm all the information is correct and select Yes, Book to create the reservation.
|The resident will receive an email confirming all these details, an app notification, and will be able to view this reservation directly in their mobile app.|
View Upcoming Reservations
Navigate to Reservations and select Open Calendar in the top right of the screen.
Here you'll be able to see a calendar view of all of reservations for the past, present and future.
Select the filter at the bottom to select or deselect individual amenities to be shown on the calendar.
Approve Reservation Requests
|If your property has staff approval turned on for reservations the request must be approved.|
After logging in to the Staff Portal select Reservations.
Select the reservations that have Pending Approval as their status.
Inside the reservation are all of the details about the request. Select Reject or Confirm at the bottom of the screen.
When confirming a paid booking, VTS Rise will ask how much the resident paid at the time of the request and the amount due. Once ready, select Submit to complete the approval.
