Posting to the Newsfeed as a Super Admin for Commercial Properties

When a Property Manager needs to communicate to all of the buildings within a portfolio, they can create a newsfeed post in Super admin to send one message to all buildings. In this article you will learn how a Super Property Manager can send a Newsfeed Post to multiple buildings through the Admin Portal.

Step 1
Log onto the Admin Portal and then select Engagement followed by Community on the left navigation menu.

While in the News section of the platform, select Add News in the top right corner of the screen.

Here is where you will create your Newsfeed Post. To select which properties within your portfolio you want to send this Newsfeed Post to, simply select the dropdown menu under Select Properties (You can find this between Select Category and the open text box where you write out your message.)

Reminder: You can send the Newsfeed Post via email by selecting Notify users via email below the open text box where you write your message.
