If your property's using VTS Activate for Multifamily, the best way to take advantage of all the features available is to register for an account. In this article, we'll learn how to self-register in the app or the web portal in a few steps.

Activate Home app

Step 1

Download the Activate Home App—or your Property's branded app built on Activate Multifamily—from the App Store or the Google Play Store.

Step 2

Open the the app and choose Don't have an account? Sign up.

Step 3

Follow the prompts to create your account.

Step 4

Upon completion, the account will be sent to the property manager for account approval.

Step 5

Once the account's been approved, you'll receive a welcome email and you can log in using the email and password you entered when you registered.

From the Resident Portal

Step 1

In your web browser, head to the Resident Portal.

Step 2

Select Don't have an account? Sign up.

Step 3

Follow the prompts to create your account. 

Step 4

Upon completion, the account will be sent to the property manager for account approval. Once the account has been approved, you will receive a welcome email and may now log in.
