Mobile Key Access lets you get into your unit or shared space at the property by keeping your credentials stored in the Activate Home app. We'll walk through how to do it.
Not all properties have Mobile Key Access—check with someone at your building if you're not sure if you can use this feature or not.
Unlocking your door
Step 1
From the home screen, select the Mobile Key Access quick action button. This feature can also be located under Features from the bottom of your screen.
Step 2
Select the appropriate key card (you may have different cards for different purposes stored in your account) and tap your device on the key card reader.
💡 For the best experience, make sure you have Bluetooth turned on your Location Services set to Always Allow.

Reset Your mobile credentials
Step 1
Select your profile icon in the top right corner of the Home Screen.
Step 2
Select Support under your profile.
Step 3
Select Reset Mobile Access Credentials.
Step 4
Select Reset to create a new mobile credential for your device.
