This guide will give you a quick overview of how to use your Salto Mobile credentials on VTS Activate for Multifamily's mobile platform.

For residents

Step 1

Open the Mobile Key Access Quick Action Button.

Step 2

To enter your unit select Tap To Activate Digital Key.

Step 3

Hold your phone to the reader.

Step 4

Your Mobile Credential will unlock the reader that is assigned to you inside the Activate Home app.

For visitors

Step 1

Your guest will receive a Visitor pass via email or text.

Step 2

Select Building Access at the top of the visitor pass.

Step 3

The visitor can now select a door to unlock.

Step 4

Visitor has now gained access.
