What is Rise Lift?

 

Lift is our elevator solution for properties that want to control access to floors. Lift can determine who is in the elevator and bring them to the floors they are allowed access to. As part of our access solution, Lift enables secure elevator access to credentialed residents and visitors and can be layered on top of existing systems.

 

 

 

Mobile credentials

 

VTS Activate for Multifamily ensures a seamless and secure elevator access experience for residents and their visitors. To see how this process works see the following steps.

 

 

Step 1

 

Using My QR Code or Mobile credentials within the Activate Home app, simply scan on the Lift device to gain access. Visitors will use their visitor pass in the same way.

You can find your QR code in the quick action menu.

 

 

 

Step 2
Once scanned, select the floor you would like to access. 
Lift works in conjunction with a Visitor Kiosk so the visitor or resident scans the same QR code at both devices. This makes the experience seamless for the user as they enter the front door and access the elevator.
